I had an amazing stay at this charming 15th-century guest house in the heart of Bordeaux's old town. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by lively bars, cafes, and shops, yet peaceful at night. The host, Alice, was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was friendly, informative, and patient with all our questions. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and generously served. The wifi was reliable, which was a plus. One helpful hint for travelers arriving by train is to take a short tram ride and a 10-minute walk to avoid expensive taxi rides through the narrow streets of the old town.

I recently stayed at B&B Le Miroir Aux Fees in Bordeaux for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The 16th-century building gave it a unique and charming atmosphere, and the attentive host, Frederique, made sure all my needs were met. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, as well as easy access to the river promenade. The small touches like the magnetic mattress cover and purified water in the bedrooms made for a comfortable stay. The gluten-free breakfast options and variety of teas were also a pleasant surprise.

    Totally recommend this hotel.

Loved feeling like Alice in Wonderland with the shared lounge, superb WiFi, and the option of doing yoga in the basement. So many amenities, so little time!

The high chair was sadly missing from my dining room experience. How am I supposed to feel like a baby without it?

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The little surprises were mind-blowing, from the magnetic mattress cover to purified water in the rooms. The gluten-free breakfast was super delicious, especially the homemade gluten-free crumbles. The host, Frédérique, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The central location was surprisingly quiet, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It was a PERFECT French accommodation in a beautiful city.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the best restaurants, bars, and attractions. We didn't even have to worry about transportation because everything was within walking distance. Another great thing about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to answer our questions and give us recommendations on what to do during our stay. Plus, the modern bathroom plumbing was a nice touch and added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The noise at night. There were some loud parties happening nearby, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy 16th century B&B in Bordeaux's city center. The location was perfect, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff, especially the manager Alice, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great advice on places to visit and helping with transportation. The breakfast, although continental, was delicious and fresh, with a selection of bio yogurts, fruits. The room was spacious and cozy, making my stay very comfortable.

Nothing at all, everything was great! 👌
